Lena Paz-Sierra (she/her) is a second-year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology M.A. program at California State University, Dominguez Hills, on the LPCC pathway. In the Spring of 2023, she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, with a minor in Behavioral Sciences.Lena's research interests involve childhood trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and the effects of parental personality disorders. She aspires to obtain an LPCC and pursue a career as a mental health provider. Her long-term goal is to develop and implement mental health programs for clients diagnosed with personality disorders and their families. Outside of academic and research interests, Lena enjoys beach days, movie nights, quality time with family and her pets, and tending to her collection of indoor plants.
